Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a refund of your payment (less any applicable shipping fees and excluding gift cards) or a replacement within 30 days of receipt.  To receive your refund or replacement, please call Customer Service on 1-844-848-2555 or email us at hello@vitafive.com. For faster service, please have your order confirmation number and your original packaging available. 

Eligibility for Return: Products purchased must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for eligibility. Exclusions apply as per our Terms of Use. 

Process for Return: Returns require prior authorization from Vitafive’s Customer Service, along with a Return Authorization Number. Customers will be charged with return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method provided at the time of purchase and inspection of the returned item or items. This includes the cost of the product and applicable taxes. Shipping fees, except in cases of company error, are non-refundable. 

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your refund to process. Please allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your replacement product if you have requested a replacement. Due to item availability, some replacements may be delayed or changed to a refund. 

Please note that your refund will be subject to an $8.00 shipping fee if your total order was less than $30.00 or if your order was shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. 

Subscription Plans 

By enrolling in a Plan, you acknowledge that your Plan has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. 

Plans are automatically renewed and billed to your credit card on a 28-day basis, at then-current plan rate, until cancelled. If you order additional products in any given month, you will be charged additional amounts for those products. Products will be shipped after payments have been received. 

Subscription Cancellations: For subscription-based products, cancellations are subject to terms outlined at the time of subscription. No refunds are available upon cancellation. 

Modification of Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
